What personal data we process when you use this website, why, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.

The data controller is Enten Systems SRL, with its registered office in Prahova County, Romania, tax identification number (CUI) 31426074, EUID ROONRC.J29/293/2016 (“Enten”, “we”). If you have any questions about your data, you can write to us at contact@enten.ro.
When you write to us through the Contact page, we process your name and email address, your profile (for example farmer, retailer or financial institution), the reason for your enquiry and, if you fill them in, your phone number, your company or organisation and your message.
We use this data to reply to you and, if the conversation continues, to prepare a demo, a pilot or a quote. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and, when you ask us for a quote or a pilot, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Your message is not stored in a database: it is sent by email to the Enten team, who reply to you directly.
When you submit the form, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that checks whether the message is sent by a person rather than by an automated program. For this purpose, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical information about your browser and device. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website and our team from automated messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare’s infrastructure processes the IP address and technical data of each request (for example the browser type and the page accessed) in order to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use traffic analytics tools and we do not build visitor profiles.
Your data is accessed only by the members of the Enten team who handle your enquiry. We use the following providers, which process data on our behalf under a contract:
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing. We may pass it to the authorities only when the law requires us to.
Cloudflare and Resend are companies based in the United States, so some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
We keep messages sent through the contact form for no more than 24 months from our last interaction with you, after which we delete them. If we enter into a contract, the data needed to perform it is kept for the duration of the contract and for as long as the law requires.

This website does not set cookies, either analytics or marketing, and stores nothing about you in your browser. The one exception is your theme: if you use the light/dark switch, your browser remembers the choice locally so you don’t have to set it again. It is never sent anywhere, and you can clear it in your browser settings. The only technical check is the Cloudflare Turnstile check described above, which runs when you submit the contact form. If we ever add cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
The website uses only encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the messages we receive is limited to the Enten team.
The website is aimed at farmers, companies and institutions. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy when the way the website works changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
